I've always been drawn to bold, punchy flavors—wasabi, horseradish, sriracha, Malort… okay, maybe not Malort. But speaking of beverages, where’s the drink that packs a punch? I'm a huge fan of ginger (obviously), but mass-produced ginger beer and ginger ales always leave me craving less sugar and more of the fiery kick that makes ginger so special.
