• 1.5 oz aperol

• 3 oz Gigi’s Ginger Beer

• 3 oz prosecco*

Fill glass with ice, ingredients, top with soda water and enjoy—preferably on a deck in the sunshine.

*Depending on the sweetness of your prosecco and preferences, you might add a bit of simple syrup.
