N/A Gingerita

A bold, alcohol-free twist on the classic margarita—a little smoky from the spirit-free mezcal, a dash of citrus bitters, and a warming kick of ginger. Zesty, refreshing, and just the right amount of spice.

• 2oz Gigi’s Ginger Beer
• 1oz Almave Ambar*
• .5oz of simple syrup
• Splash of N/A bitters (we like seasn light*)

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a cocktail glass rimmed with salt. Garnish with a lime wheel.
