N/A Peachy Refresher

I love Gigi’s Ginger Beer all on its own, but after a long tasting session I wanted to mix it up a little bit. Literally. I came up with this simple concoction that was giving me strong summer vibes. It’s a staple on my N/A rotation

• 1/2 cup Gigi’s Ginger Beer

• 3 splashes of Fee Brother’s Peach Bitters

• Ice, or if you’re fancy, a big ice ball

• sparkling water

• lemon twist, for garnish

Place ice in a rocks glass. Pour all ingredients into glass and gently stir. Top with lemon garnish.
