A bright, sparkling mix of tequila, fresh lime, and Gigi’s Hibiscus Ginger Beer, balancing floral hibiscus notes with warm ginger spice and a crisp citrus finish.

• 3oz Hibiscus Gigi’s Ginger Beer
• 1-1/2oz of tequila
• 1/2oz of simple syrup
• 3/4oz lime juice

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a lime wheel or hibiscus flower.
